Welcome to the Assembly of Yah, a "Truth Restoration Ministry." Our purpose and mission is to be a part of the restoration of the true Words and Ways of Yahweh (The Almighty Father in Heaven), and to teach the "Original Way." as taught by Yahshuah (The Messiah). In doing so, we have little choice but to expose the apostate doctrines of the age and those who teach them. We do so in order that the people can come to understand the great deception the world is under, for the scriptures teach that Satan deceives the whole world. We prove, with the scriptures, that those who teach these apostate doctines are the Christian leaders and their teachers. This may come as a shock to you, but the scriptural facts prove they do not live by the true Words of Yahweh, they do not rightly divide the scriptures, nor do they teach the scriptures correctly. Actually, They are teaching doctrines from and for the age of apostasy. Part of the mission of this ministry is to expose such false doctrines by showing what the scriptures actually teach. We show that most of the teachings and beliefs taught by Christian leaders and their teachers are traditions that came from apostate doctrines passed down through the centuries and taught as if they were truth to those who would believe. Yes, this is a bold statement. But study the scriptures and historical facts and discover the truth for yourself if you dare. The late Herbert W. Armstrong said many times throughout his ministry that, "A deceived person does not know that he is deceived". Satan is the master of deception and so one need not be ashamed to discover that he has been deceived. However, once the blinders have been removed, one would be foolish to remain in such a state, wouldn't you agree? Come, join with us as we earnestly seek the truth and travel the narrow path that leads to salvation instead of the wide road that leads to destruction.

The doctrinal tenants, practices, teachings, and beliefs of the Assembly of Yah, A Truth Restoration ministry comprised of a body of Messianic believers, are based on the Word of Yahweh, the Holy Scriptures. The keystone belief of the ministry is that Yahweh’s people are to live their lives according to the Ten Commandments as originally given in the Old Testament and expounded upon by the Messiah in the New Testament. We believe that each individual is master of his or her own salvation as dictated by those commandments and Yahweh's perfect laws as they pertain to righteous living. It is not the intent, desire, or purpose, of this assembly to control or dictate to its members how they should conduct themselves beyond the obedience of those commandments.
We believe that Yahweh is the sacred name of our Father in heaven, the Eternal, All-powerful, Supreme Creator and Sustainer of the entire universe and that Yahshuah, is the name of Yahweh’s only begotten Son, the Messiah, by whose name only, salvation can be obtained. The basis for this belief is that in the Paleo Hebrew Tetragammaton YHWH (Prounounced and spelled as Yahweh by most Sacred name scholars). We recognize exact pronunciations are not known and others may employ various yet similar pronunciations. Most scholars consider Yahweh and Yahshuah as the correct form for the Father and the Son‘s names. The important consideration is not the exact pronunciation based on what and where the vowels are placed, but that Pagan names and titles such as Jesus Christ, God, and LORD do not render reverence to our Creator and Savior and therefore, they are not considered appropriate when referring to our loving Father and His Son.For a more detailed explanation of this belief, go to "For Whose Name's Sake Will You Be Hated"
The whole Bible is the divinely inspired Word of Yahweh, containing His plan of salvation; His laws; His record of His participation in history; and His prophesies, past, present, and future . The Bible is Yahweh’s revelation of knowledge that man cannot discover for himself. It is the foundation of knowledge, and the guidebook of life. The Old and New Testaments comprise Yahweh’s written Word. We believe that the truths presented in the New Testament must be based on and proven by the Old Testament because of the misinterpretations and mistranslations inherent within the New Testament.
We believe Yahshuah of Nazareth is the Messiah, the Son of Yahweh. Born human through the lineage of King David. Yahshuah is the prophesied Messiah of the Old Testament, and is described in the New Testament as being fully human while on earth and fully divine now in heaven. He was born a human being to die for the sins of all mankind as our loving and merciful Savior. He was crucified, resurrected, and then, ascended to heaven to become our High Priest, and the second member of the family of Elohim. Yahshuah shall return to establish the Kingdom of Yahweh on earth, and rule as King of Kings with the saints forever.
4. THE HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit is the essence, power, mind, and spiritual extension and presence of Yahweh. Yahweh begets His human children as His adopted sons and daughters through this Spirit. Yahweh’s Holy Spirit enters into a repentant human at baptism by full immersion and joins with man’s human spirit strengthening one’s spiritually.
5. MANKIND
Humans are physical beings with no inherent immortality, but able to receive eternal life as a free gift from Yahweh. Man was created to be wholly flesh and blood, yet in Yahweh’s image, and with a spiritual component added to his brain to create the human mind.
When Yahweh formed man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, man became a living being. But man also was given a spirit that made him far superior to the animal world, which operates solely on instinct and conditioned response. When a human is converted and receives the gift of the Holy Spirit from Yahweh, that Spirit combines with the human spirit to begin the formation of a new spiritual creature. When a person dies, his spirit returns to Yahweh until that person’s resurrection. In analogy the human spirit may be compared to a master recording device that records all of a man’s characteristics, intelligence, and experiences. If Yahweh so chooses, He can rebuild that man either from new physical material or to a spirit being (depending on which resurrection he is a part of) from all the stored information contained in the human spirit. Scripture clearly speaks of two types of spirit a man can have: The spirit of man, “which is in him,” and the Spirit of Yahweh, which is given to him as a free gift during the conversion process.
7. ANGELIC REALM
Yahweh has created powerful spirit beings as His agents and messengers. Since man’s creation, these spirit beings have functioned as ministering spirits to help mankind attain salvation. Like man, angels have free moral agency. Although created to help Yahweh, some of them—led by Satan the devil—rebelled against Yahweh’s government, transforming themselves into what are referred to as demons.
Salvation is the means by which Yahweh, through Yahshuah, saves man from the penalty of sin and gives him the gift of eternal life. This process includes one’s calling, repentance, baptism, justification, receiving of the Holy Spirit, life of faith and obedience, and final birth into Yahweh’s Kingdom as a spirit being. Salvation is a freely given gift from Yahweh through grace, with the ultimate reward given according to one’s works.
9. FAITH
Faith is the sure knowledge that Yahweh exists, and that He will accomplish those things He has promised. Faith is necessary for salvation.
10. REPENTANCE
Repentance is the act of acknowledging one’s sins, and resolving to fully obey Yahweh. It begins when Yahweh opens one’s mind to see himself in comparison with Yahweh and His law. True repentance is the first step toward reconciliation with Yahweh, and thereby toward ultimate salvation.
11. BAPTISM
The ceremony of water baptism is performed by full immersion, for the forgiveness of sins, upon true repentance and acceptance of Yahshuah’s sacrifice. As a result of this ceremony, one receives the gift of the Holy Spirit. Baptism symbolizes the renunciation of the past sinful way of life, the burial of the old man in a watery grave, and the emergence of a new Spirit-led man living with Yahshuah’s mind and following in His footsteps. The immerser and the one being immersed need to call on the name of Yahweh, by the authority of His Son Yahshuah, and by the power of the Holy Spirit at the moment of immersion for everything is established in the mouth of two or more witnesses.
The Kingdom of Yahweh is the family of Elohim ruling as the government of Yahweh. It is a future world-ruling government to be set up on earth by Yahshuah at His return, with Yahshuah as King and the resurrected spirit-composed saints (Resurrected humans or now referred to as, "The Chosen") in positions of co-rulership with Him. The Kingdom of Yahweh referred to as a “mystery” in the New Testament, was first preached and explained by Yahshuah, then by His Apostles. Once established upon Yahshuah’s return, it shall be forever and completely fulfilled when New Jerusalem and Yahweh the Father come down out of heaven to dwell on the New Earth. We do not believe and find no scripture to support the common belief that Yahshuah will establish Yahweh‘s Kingdom ON THE EARTH for a thousand years (Commonly referred to as the millennium) and then turn it over to Satan for a short period so he can once again deceive the nations and wage war against Yahshuah. 13. MILLENNIUM
We believe the Millennium (The thousand year reign of Yahshuah) has already taken place in Heaven and that the saints of the first part of the first resurrection were resurrected at the beginning of that reign and have already reigned with Yahshuah for a thousand years. That Satan was bound during that period (being the dark ages) and that this present age is that period when Satan was to be let loose from his bondage to wage war against Yahshuah and to deceive the nations one last time. 14. RESURRECTIONS
The hope of all mankind and the promise to the believers is the resurrection from the dead and the gift of eternal life. The Bible refers to two resurrections. they are: (1) the first resurrection which consists of four parts. They are: (1a) the resurrection of Yahshuah. (1b) the resurrection of the saints who were raised up to heaven with Yahshuah at His resurrection. (1c) the resurrection of the saints who were raised up to heaven at the beginning of the thousand year reign of Yahshuah (Rev 20:6); (1d) The resurrection of the saints who will be raised up when Yahshuah returns to the Mt of Olives and resurrects those saints who were converted and drawn to Yahshuah during and after the thousand year reign in heaven ( ICor 15: 51-52). If dead at Yahshuah’s return, these saints will be resurrected as spirit beings, or, if living, changed in a twinkling of an eye to spirit beings, and all will reign with Yahshuah in the New Jerusalem and the New Earth along with those who were raised earlier with Yahshuah and those raised at the start of Yahshuah’s thousand year reign in heaven. The (2) second resurrection, is a resurrection back to physical life of all who have ever died without having understood Yahweh’s way (The White Throne Judgment) as described in Ezekial 37: 1-14 and Rev 20:11-15. The incorrigibly wicked who refuse to repent and elect to reject Yahweh’s way will be thrown into and consumed by the lake of fire (called the “second death”). Those who repent in this new life after having been taught the way of Yahweh by following acts 2:38, and who endure to the end, will also receive the gift of eternal life. 15. FORGIVENESS
Forgiveness by Yahweh is the removal and blotting out of one‘s sins. “Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.” Sin is a condition that separates us from Yahweh. It also divides us from each other and breaks down relationships. Thus, forgiveness is twofold: (1) forgiveness from Yahweh towards us, and (2) forgiveness from us to each other. The example prayer given to us by Yahshuah (Mt 6: 9-15) summarizes the full scope of the issue of forgiveness. The forgiveness we obtain from Yahweh depends largely on the forgiveness we offer to others. Those who refuse to forgive will not be forgiven. However, forgiveness in no way removes or negates all the consequences of sin.
We believe that the TEN COMMANDMENTS are Yahweh’s perfect law given to guide mankind and that we should strive to live our lives accordingly. They are summarized by Yahshuah in Matthew 22:36-40. Yahweh has given us many other laws; statutes; and judgments to live by that are of tremendous value to us in our daily lives for moral, health and ultimate salvational purposes. read what Paul had to say to the Galatians: Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these: fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousies, wraths, factions, divisions, parties, envyings, drunkenness, revelings, and such like: of which I forwarn you, that they who practice such things shall not inherit the Kingdom of Yahweh.' Gal 5:19-21. Paul does not classify these acts as either large or small sins, but pronounces all of them to be evil conduct that will surely prevent us from receiving eternal life
Sin is the transgression of Yahweh’s law (I John 3:4). The falling short or missing the mark of the character of Yahshuah. Although the penalty for sin is death (Rom 6:23) in the lake of fire, all sin can be completely forgiven by Yahweh who desires that all men be saved. Yahweh forgives sin upon repentance of the individual by the shed blood and sacrifice of Yahshuah as payment in full for the penalty of our sins.
18. SABBATH
We believe the seventh-day Sabbath is to be kept holy in accordance with the biblical instruction. Instituted at creation, reaffirmed to Israel as a part of the covenant at Sinai, and taught by Yahshuah, who is the Messenger of the New Covenant. We believe the observance of the Sabbath is basic to our relationship with Yahweh.
19. ANNUAL HOLY DAYS
The annual holy days were ordained by Yahweh and picture Yahweh's plan of salvation for man, therefore, they, like the seventh day Sabbath, should be observed and kept holy in accordance with the biblical instructions. For more information, go to "Yahweh's Appointed Holydays"
20. TITHING
Tithing is an act of worship; it is a private matter between the individual and Yahweh. The assembly does not “enforce” or “police” tithing, but simply teaches the responsibility to tithe. Each individual has the responsibility to “honor Yahweh with his substance and with the firstfruits of all his increase. Tithes should be used to (1) preach the Gospel (Mark 16:15) and (2) to assist widows and orphans (James 1:27) as well as others in need. Tithing is not to be used to enrich those false evangels who teach false doctrine or who would have you believe their organizations are the truly chosen elect.
Biblical dietary laws, including the prohibitions of Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14, are among the many health laws Yahweh has given to his people. Yahshuah, the apostles, and the early New Testament church observed them and they remain in effect today.
22. CHRISTIANITY
We believe that professing Christians are honest and good people who sincerely believe they worship the same Almighty Father and Messiah who are in heaven as do those of us within the Sacred Name Assemblies. But because of false doctrines and traditions taught to them, they have been greatly deceived and are being led down a wide path that leads to destruction instead of the narrow path that leads to salvation.
